Fulfillment Policy
At Perspective Powerhouse, LLC, we provide the industry standard for professional services to our clients. Our services are delivered virtually via consultations, strategy sessions, and ongoing client support. Once a service is booked and payment is processed, the fulfillment process begins immediately.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a scheduled service under the following conditions:
One-time Consultations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
Ongoing Services: For subscription or ongoing services, clients must submit a written cancellation request at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality services, but if you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Refunds will only be granted if the service was not rendered due to an error on our part.
If a client is dissatisfied with a service, a refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery. Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Payments for completed services are non-refundable.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
